openfpc gui sessions with empty pcap file

Hi
im using newest version of openfpc.
i installed it for fullpacket capture and integrate it to my snorby.
all thinks works and if i use snorby GUI i can grab the portion of the packets 
that i want from openfpc.
but when i login to openfpc gui and click ion one of the sessions on sessions 
tab,it give me an empty pcap file.
how can i grap session data here?
it should be empty or its a problem?

Hi,

Can you get any sessions out of OFPC if you manually request data either via 
the OFPC gui or command line?
