What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login as admin
2. go to USERS > NEW USER
3. input a password with ! or @
4. User gets created but with wrong SHA1 password.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User is created with a wrong SHA1 value.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
