Frechet Inception Distance: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1706.08500.pdf estimates multivariate normal distributions to represent sets of activations, then uses Frechet distance (see also #176)

the idea here really is using a model for something (especially something informative/diagnostic) other than its intended purpose: zip makes files smaller, inception classifies images—these are other uses of those tools
