what are there, like 3 drugs that people actually take?

pain killer - analgesic / fever reducer Acetaminophen - Tylenol

anti-inflammatory instead of fever reducer? Advil - Ibuprofen

anti-inflammatory (stronger than ibu? maybe?) Aleve - Naproxen
