Along with Docker, another workflow manager that we can use for TPS would be Snakemake. David has some great resources and examples that I have starred. We can post resources and further implementation details here when we transition to the workflow management of TPS.

The draft Carpentries lesson could be a good educational resource. The last half is on Snakemake.
