These are testing changes to make after merging https://github.com/gitter-lab/tps/pull/4:

Merge in the latest changes from koksal/tps and resolve the TPS installation errors
Test the contents of the output files instead of checking whether the files exist
Test the workflow behavior when parts of the config file are missing or misspecified
Exit the workflow if certain errors occur

The basic TPS workflow test passes after merging in the upstream Scala and SBT updates in 8378fac392a4b20268c6033a920c84802f9938af

After https://github.com/gitter-lab/tps/pull/7 the TPS pytest tests hang intermittently. We haven't been able to determine what causes this.
