UI feature additions #12

Resolves #6 and #4 and #11 (meaning everything :tada:)

Moves, or at least attempts to move, all modals to WebComponents (unfortunately not many benefits are reaped because dialogs don't implement shadow DOM)
Improves the welcome modal, with a cool little thumbnail (of all things I could've been doing, I did this)
Adds GITHUB_TOKEN configuration (soon)
Fixes general bugs in userscript and server
Fixes Git menu in TurboWarp v1.10.1

There's also a lot of other miscellaneous stuff in this PR since I am bad at following basic tasks

I think this is stable enough to merge now. Besides, v1.10.1 is a stable TW desktop version at this point, which the main branch still breaks on.
