HTML strings => Van elements and bring back commiting #18

Moving to Van should helps with reusability, state, and should make future developments much easier (and possibly help with moving to TypeScript).

Commit functionality also just disappeared while moving from a single diff modal to one diff modal per changed sprite, so this will also bring back commit functionality through the Git menu.
