Android: Moon Reader, LIbrera & FBReader all can view categories, but do not show comics.
Linux: Foliate has the same behavior as above.
Android: Perfect Viewer can see comics but cannot read comics.

Since FBReader has a Mac client I'll try to get that working first.

The issue with Moon+ Reader seems be solved by codex v1.1.3 A bug was found in the OPDS xml and corrected. Haven't tested with other readers yet.
