[Feature request] Library level reader configuration. #275

Currently reader configuration saves at a global and then issue level.

Given that my libraries (and I assume others) are separated out in left-to-right (comics), right-to-left (manga), and vertical scroll, it would be useful to be able to save reader configuration at a library level as well.

I had been mulling over a series level preference, since most books in a series probably read the same. Library is interesting, though.
