Pipeline
Transient candidates are now selected by force extracting fluxes where detections are not made in either the catalogue or ASKAP image. This allows a flux ratio to be calculated which is the metric used to select transient candidates (a ratio >= 2.0). This addresses issues #47 and #48.
Fixed RA wrap bug on flux ratio image view plot. Fixes issues #5 and #56.
Slight update of bright sources in SUMSS and NVSS data along with the addition of MGPS-2 bright sources within the SUMSS data.

Added the ability to write and view comments attached to each image and crossmatched source. Address issue #50.
Galactic Coordinates are now shown. Fixes issue #53.
Keyboard hot keys are now implemented and can be turned on and off. Using these will automatically move to the next image when applying user tags. Addresses issues #55 and #58.
Images can now be "claimed" and user tags can only be assigned to claimed images.
CSV output added to images table (homepage).
Added SAMP functionality in order to quickly view sources in e.g. Aladin on the users local machine (#60).
Added hidden outputs to search results CSV (image location, catalogue image and distance from ASKAP centre).
Highlighting of tables to easily see what images have been fully checked.
