Minor pipeline bug fixes that caused specific images to crash. Also includes minor website bug fixes and links to the follow up pages.

Pipeline

Fixed crash caused by Aegean out of range extractions.
Fixed Aegean null extractions which would cause crashes. These sources are now marked as Failed.
Fixed RA wrapping on ratio image view plot to avoid crash (#76).
Updated SUMSS image info with now found missing images.
Added produce overlay option.
Added proper check for config file.
Fixed clipping routine bug.

Website

Fixed notification bug when using hotkeys (#75).
Added button to link to follow up webpages for investigate sources.
Updated RACS HiPS.
Add Failed option to query search.
