Patch fixing issues in the pipeline that prevented images from being processed.

Pipeline:

Divide by 0 errors when aegean fails.
Fixed SUMSS image rms in csv.
Fixed plotting bug (use to_plot).
Switched image view flux plot to astropy to handle polar region.

Also adds user reason to query and switches flux view plot to astropy.
