See how to be combined with Curriculum.md, but would be really nice to have a one-shop document with Q&A and further resources a la segwit.org

Thanks @bitschmidty for review, added a note for Merkelized Alternative Script Trees, to track resources it's easier for people to know the historical name.

Merged, though I think it would be better to eventually get these resources published somewhere external (maybe segwit.org -- taproot will be segwit v1 after all?) -- at least, my theory is that this repo will get closed sometime after the review rounds are done and kept read-only for historical interest...

@ariard Also, thanks for this, and do open more PRs to add to this during the review if there's more interesting resources to collect!

@ajtowns yes having something like taproot.org like segwit.org is my intended end goal, this is just a head start to keep track of the problems space and to later evolve in something more consistent as we go further.
