Move time for Study Group 3 #27

Some members were unable to use the original time due to scheduling conflicts with Bitcoin Core dev calls.

ACK, this is the time I have in my calendar after a few emails from other participants.

AFAIK this time was only an exception for Thursdays? Other days we will meet on the regular/original time?

Leaving this open until y'all come to a consensus :) Feel free to tweak the format if needed (eg, "19:00-20:00, ex Thu 21:00-22:00" eg)

I'm ok with either time but would prefer if 21:00-22:00 was only on Thursdays.

I thought we were doing 21-22 Tue/Thus, but that was before @tecnovert's comment, so maybe we don't have consensus...
