Add Notes Field for Home / Away Talk Exchanges

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no easy way to keep a note about upcoming talk exchanges.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an Edit Notes menu item to the following parts of the Weekend Meeting Editor GUI:

• Home Talk

• Away Talk

• Away Talk Entry

Describe alternatives you've considered Considered using the existing Reminders feature in the software but felt we need something specific.

Additional context We would:

• Include the notes in the MWB file.
• Include the notes in the schedule XML so that they can be used on the schedule reports.
• Include the notes in the history database XML so that they can be used in other reports, like the Public Talks Summary.
• Possibly include the notes on the Summary Panel on the main application window.

Made some improvements:

1. Added the Exchange Notes field to the CSV Importer (Home Talk only)
2. Corrected line numbers that get displayed in the CSV Importer error log
