how to unbinding keymap "C-c C-r" in other mini mode?

I use inf-ruby.el then ruby-send-region was bound to C-c C-r ,

How to change ruby-refactor keymap prefix? or unbind ruby-send-region?

I believe you can customize the key-binding with emacs' M-x customize-group ruby-refactor.
