Clarify Docs: Unsupported Intervals

Things to Note

• Currently, daylight savings time is not supported in the interval format.
• Currently, leap years are not supported in the interval format.

How is this the case and what are the ramifications? It would be good to have more explanation.

@ajvb I'm interested in potentially fixing these points but I don't totally understand them. Could you drop a quick note as to what you meant by these?

From my perspective:

• Do you mean that daylight savings time shifts are not accounted for? As in a job scheduled for 8am daily would fire at 9am while DST is active, and then back to 8am when DST ends? (Assuming it repeats for that long.)
• Do you mean that if you schedule something for Jan 6th and then it advances through a leap year, it would fire again on the 5th?
