[LOW] need to translate the title for the manuscripts

we need to add French and English for the title shown when mouseover manuscript name. where is it in the code please? We should include thanks to the library here and also the licence!

this is stored with manuscript data. Send me the hebrew and french translations and I will plant. does the manuscript name need to be translated

Il a probablement été copié quelque part en Orient aux alentours du XIVe s. L’écriture hébraïque est une semi-cursive orientale. the library gives only European languages. We would have to ssupport Hebrew. I had asked @veredrk to provide a HEbrew version that needs to be uploaded to our website.
