As per title, transmit a URL through the QR code of the form https://<server>/#{"uuid":<uuid>,"key":<key>,"iv":<iv>}, for example: https://sendpass.io/#{"uuid":"f7ea4ffb-c832-4816-ab5a-7d23e43df74b","key":"23d2f2651031dfd38604b706573031fe","iv":"2f0c4de55c9f922072d4879f844eeb2c"}

This provides multiple benefits including:

Sendpass URLs could be read by any QR Code reader
The QR code includes the server the data is to be sent by
