Try to fix crashes due to limit issues with heavy maps and characters

Countless reports. Thanks to UltraMegaMagnus for collecting them:

• [ ] Mephisto after saving any X-Man, going to next area when speaking to Mephisto can crash or hang indefinitely during loading screen (most likely limit related to Magneto story line, and/or convo and/or elements loaded from previous maps).
• [ ] Someone reported a crash during loading an Asgard level, forgot which one (something limit related again).
• [ ] In the area, before fighting Kraken and Fin Fang Foom, probably because those bosses use more triggers than other NPC. Maybe bolton related, too.
• [ ] In Atlantis, somewhere.

Issues happen more often with the installation of additional mods, such as the 50RH. Every report should be verified for that.

One solid solution to fix hitting limit issues is by reducing heavy characters such as Nightcrawler, Venom, Ronin, and Deadpool. These 4 characters seem to be the most heavy on the game, along with certain modded characters who have large powerstyle files and etc. Here is the reducers mod link created by SPOONY: https://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,11253.msg202935.html#msg202935

Another solution to avoid hitting limits is to avoid using full teams of modded or heavy characters. Best to use either 2 or 3 modded characters at a time rather than 4.

We were discussing about reducing powerstyles in the past. SPOONY's reducers got rid of some powers, which is why they should not be included, but instead be recommended. Maybe we can fix the powerstyles without removing powers, with our combined experience.
