[x] (Rampage is working on fixing this) Silver Surfer's third skin uses a missing or glitched HUD. (This HUD could just use the same HUD as the first skin probably)
[x] Blade's fourth skin is a bald blade model but his HUD has hair.

@ak2yny Regarding the Blade HUD issue, I went ahead and made a custom HUD to match as closely as possible to the in-game model and here's what I made. Do you want this to be used for hud_head_0104.igb in the HUDS folder?

Thanks. I feel bad, but I have objections to both HUDs:

Silver Surfer: His HUD for the 3rd skin is different. I fixed the HUD, and it's now working. (https://github.com/ak2yny/Official-Character-Pack-v2-for-Ultimate-Alliance/commit/5351179cae9494d5ac56edfef88c44f941838995)
Blade: It would be nice, if the HUD was the same head, without hair. Did Maegawa not make one for him? Your HUD is nice as well, but 256 HUDs should have thinner outlines, and much brighter (although, not all are thinner, but Blade's are almost half of what yours is). The background is upside-down, isn't it? The dark part should be on top...
