Use xml (and json) files of OHS instead of txt. Also change the folders to be scanned.
Write options, such as roster to cfg files and "Config.ini" (JSON format), then call it with OpenHeroSelect -a.
Will eventually support configurations with menulocations, but for now, users can manually assign locations for as many heroes and locations as they want.
Will eventually support teams in config, but for now we can use sub-folders (OHS supports sub-folders in cfg like this: sub-folder\herostat.xml).
