[feature]: add footer section #130

Add the footer section in the website and also add social links and about section.

@Pallavi-star2002 you can work on the issue directly if this issue is genuinely valuable and meaningful then the author can approve the issue, or you can show some demo first to the author. this is what I learned so far from the open-source contribution, please correct my word if I am wrong.
