This bug can be triggered by:

upgrading from an existing savegame with already initialized milk maids / slaves (required variables are not provided) -> solution: provide default values
user provided values may result in the fomula (MilkBasevalue + Level_MilkScalefactor)_BreastCount evaluating to 0 or even a negative value -> solution: clamp to a minimum value

set min limit to 1 and cleaned up the patchset -> new pull request #16 this request is now obsolete
