show sensible values for milk production rate in MCM menu #27

The mod previously exposed an internal value with no indication how this value relates to the actual milk production rate. This patch addresses it by showing and setting the actual production rate instead.

pick 'production per hour' in slider: image

... and see same value show up in MCM menu: image

all milk-production related values:

image (values have been increased manually for testing, the default is around 0.03)

'base value' = actual production rate without modifieres 'effective' = production rate including arousal and global production rate modifier

After one hour the milk has increased by about 2.5 units as indicated by the values.

The shown values are not properly updated after selecting a new production rate via the slider. I don't know how to force an update without leaving from/returning to the page. It would be nice to have the values updated automatically.

whats changed in Translations files?

S13 has been slightly changed, S14 was previously unused,

okay....... this looks like its broken, something really wrong with formulas ex: if base breast is bigger than 1 at lvl 0, you can get negative milkgen and that is bad
