Hello,

when clicking the "Firmware issue" menu item if Internet Explorer is the default browser in Win10, GitHub does not even display a warning (it does with IE11/Win7) . IE displays a blank page.

Attempting to open marlin-conf with localhost in Win7 does not display tabs.

Maybe it would be a good idea to test the default browser when marlin-conf starts, asking the user to switch to something else !

Note that I don't use IE (who use it???), and usually block it in the firewall. I discovered this with a win10 fresh install

i didn't use the windows OS for 5 year at least IE and EDGE looking like a download tool for Chrome FireFox etc
