Images cannot be built on TravisCI #28

Recently a build environment of TravisCI was updated. Is the package docker-engine removed?

$ sudo apt-get install -y -q -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-confnew" docker-engine
Reading package lists...
Building dependency tree...
Reading state information...
Package docker-engine is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  docker-ce
E: Package 'docker-engine' has no installation candidate
