A suggestion I have is to add multi-site support. An example use-case: at my agency I'm working on a multi-site Craft install to host temporary landing pages. Each landing page is its own 'site' and requires its own set of favicons.
My first thought is to have the options moved from the plugin settings to a globals field. Perhaps the directories where the files are stored can be generated per-site. Just my thoughts; I've not done any plugin developing, so I can't confidently make technical suggestions. This functionality would be very convenient for use-cases like mine.
