wasavi does not work in local HTML page (TiddlyWiki) #208

I would like to use wasavi to edit my local TiddlyWiki. But it seems only to work in online pages. For example, I can edit the textarea in this page: https://tiddlywiki.com/empty.html

When I download an empty Wiki (https://tiddlywiki.com/#Empty%20Edition) to ~/Downloads/empty.html and open that file in my browser (Firefox 69.0.1), I can't activate wasavi within the "Default tiddlers" textarea. I have tried Insert key, Ctrl+Return and Ctrl+, (defined by myself for testing).

The problem seems to be the lack of an Allow access to file URLs option. I've never dabbled with Chromium extension development, but if no one ends up filing a pull request, I might try and give it a go myself

Thanks for your answer. But I am afraid that this project is dead. Meanwhile I use jlebon/textern.
