3.0 Merge #160

Major Changes:

Dandere2x is now using a "dandere2x" service infrastructure.
This new design allows for GIFs, upscaling Dandere2x using multiple processes, upscaling folders, to exist as dandere2x-service inherited objects.
Dandere2x now is system independent for config files.

Notes

RealSR not supported at the moment.

This MR is super messy, which is why I wanted to merge this branch then start practicing good git-hygiene again.
