Speed of Dandere2x #214

I have a question regarding the speed of dandere2x. I tried to upscale a 90s clip with waifu2x-vulkan in dandere2x and that took my system around 45min, whereas when I upscaled the clip in program called "hybrid" where I used the vapoursynth filter for waifu2x-vulkan, it only took me around 13min. The model and tile size where the same in both programs to keep the comparison fair. So I was just wondering if the speeds I was getting are indeed correct or just something with my system is wrong. For info, I am using a RTX 3070 with a Ryzen 9 5900X. Hope you can help me with this potential issue and thank you in advance
