Sound and playback issue for long videos (ErrorDetectionType: Per level 1)

I'm using dandere2x from long time now and I got used to use a workaround for this, but I'd like to point it out to fix it for everyone: when upscaling long videos (movies or anime episodies) I always have to remux (using MKVToolNix) the video to fix audio and playback issues.

Maybe this is an easy fix: like trying a different muxing method or an automatic additional muxing passage to fix the output video.
