Support incremental gradle build #16

I see from the gradle log that task is re-run if nothing change.

It would be nice to do nothing when nothing is changed.

True. I measured it and Easylauncher requires an average of 260ms per flavor in my Macbook Pro.

In the context of an Android app, this is not a significant amount of time. It'd be nice to be a good citizen and support incremental compilation, though.

Will keep this as a lower priority issue.
