Playlist items ignored if no ads to play #160

If the ad server doesn't return the right number of ads, playlist specified 
shows are ignored.

Try:

http://static.bouncingminds.com/examples/openadstreamer/flowplayer/tests/kobi.ht
ml

and remove the "allowAdRepetition" option - only the second show is played.

Paul - Is there a way to remove the ad clips from the playlist in your example 
above. 
They do not have access to the custom defined elements like "title" and "desc", 
which I 
think they should.
