Add option to allow VAST "duration" to be ignored and duration pulled from 
stream - and timings 
reset when that happens

Bit more info:

Just as a FYI, Brightcove player is using the netstream metadata to calculate 
the quartiles and in case that’s not 
available it will then fallback to the VAST video duration.
