30 second ad clip only plays to 29 seconds at times

For some reason, at times with the examples, the country life butter (30 
second) clip seems to stall 
at 29 seconds, with the ES/CE events continually refiring at the 29700 point.

Seems to be related to having the debug settings on. If they are set to just 
"fatal", seems to be ok.

A good example to see this on is the live streaming example with the pre and 
post roll.

Set debug to:

'fatal, config, tracking_events, tracking_table, cuepoint_events'

Is it a case of there being too much processing going on screwing up the player 
somehow?

Seems to be something about when the processor is overloaded. Notice that it 
doesn't happen if my fans are 
silent... load up a processor heavy app to re-create the problem

Strangely have only been able to replicate with the "country life butter" HTTP 
ad on a config where a show stream 
has been configured to run. Example 1 always works (ad only)
