Remove banner if seek position past end of ad timing #197

1> Banner/Overlay ads stay on video even if user skips to another part of 
stream.  They never go 
away after that .  It even stays up when other ads begin to play.  Even if it 
just lived out it's duration 
after the skip and vanished that would be fine (ie if it's a 10 second overlay 
and I skip video 5 
seconds in, display for 5 more seconds and then go away).

This functionality is already in there, and it seems to work.. Unable to 
reproduce Scott's problem - have asked 
for an example showing it so i can see the conditions under which it happens
