controlbar + skin (JWPlayer) #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in example: openvideoads.jwplayer.openadstreamer/examples/all-example31.html
try to add skin (from JWPlayer SVN dist) like this:

  id="ply"
  data="../dist/4.5.swf"
  src="../dist/4.5.swf" 
  width="450"
  height="300"
  allowscriptaccess="always"
  allowfullscreen="true"

flashvars="height=300&width=450&plugins=../dist/OpenAdStreamer.swf&config=config
/all31.xml&skin=../dist/bekle.swf"
/>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
skin is displaying over overlay ad.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
