I upgraded jsbeautifier version to support new options #383 for js, but I glossed over css part (that uses jsbeautifier as well) and introduced bugs there.
They're fixable - we have to use jsbeautifiers new API, but for now one option would be just to revert, as users are experiencing issues #404
