The license argument for setuptools.setup is a short string that specifies the "license for the package."1

In addition add the appropriate license classifier from the PyPI list of classifiers

Thank you for this PR, unfortunately it overlaps the change which we have already done in our internal repository. Soon it will be released in GitHub and PyPI.
