NPM: Allow running grunt build #261

We need to publish Gruntfile.js to NPM and make a few changes to allow for files not published to NPM (e.g. the tests/** directory).

Is there any way we could get this merged it? It's blocking me doing my custom local builds (I don't want to get too out of sync with your latest releases).
