Fix:

  1. Make help command consistent with other akamai CLI, per #wzagrajcz
  2. Bump urllib3 version
  3. Minor version incorrectly display. It should be Akamai CLI for Cloudlets 1.1.2 not 1.1.1

One more @jaescalo, this one shouldn't take long to verify. Thank you! I wasn't aware that an akamai way of running help command is akamai help cloudlets

Previously, user has to type akamai cloudlets -h/--help
