  1. Tightened up error handling
  2. Added DCEnabled attribute to query-status property. [The Status attribute indicates if Liveness tests are passing]
  3. Added Enabled attribute to query-status datacenter. [The Status attribute indicates if Liveness tests are passing]
  4. Disabled update-*, query-status console messaging for –json output
  5. Added in disabled targets/DCs in query-status output
  6. Cleaned up JSON output
