How do you set it up and use it on windows? #6

I downloaded 64bit windows version. When I run the following command, all it is doing is printing the usage info.

akamai netstorage setup

Can someone point me how to tie this to my Akamai upload account? Currently I use WinSCP tool to upload content manually to Akamai netstorage directory. A cli would be great for our automation tests. Any help is greatly appreciated.
