One of our origin hostname is powered by the Wordpress CMS.
We installed this official Akamai plugin for Wordpress but we experienced problem with the multi-hostname WP configuration : the WP is able to answer to two hostname to serve two different content (in 2 languages) : ar.domain.com and www.domain.com .
But the Akamai plugin for WP could not be configured to handle this two hostname : the plug in can be configured for a single hostname : ar.domain.com OR www.domain.com but not both.
The result is that the page is not purged from the cache as expected. If we configure the plugin for ar.domain.com and we modify a page for www.domain.com, the content is not purged.
So to resume : the plugin is not able to purge content when the same wordpress instance is used to serve multiple hostnames.
