Add a package icon to improve visibility #108

Currently, in the NuGet package displays on NuGet.org and inside the NuGet Package Explorer in Visual Studio the package is shown with a default NuGet icon. We should provide a custom icon instead, to make this package stand out a bit more from the other offerings.
