Replace current SourceLink with .snupkg with latest recommended solution #56

For a while now AtleX.HaveIBeenPwned is published to nuget.org as a regular .nupkg and a .snupkg with the SourceLink debug info. Current guidance from Microsoft suggests a slightly different approach. One that includes all needed debug information in the .nupkg itself. We should update to that.
