Add a 'trust' section to the GitHub and package readmes #97

Dealing with leaks, breaches and passwords can be scary. This library is designed to be trustworthy, and of course also for users to verify that it's not doing anything malicious. We should add a section to the readme files for GitHub (readme.md) and the package on NuGet.org (packageReadme.md) to explain how users can verify this trust.
