Fix: returns an array with only existing properties (case study: property border_disabled didn't exist on SparkSkin with FlexVersion > 4.5)

Hi, thanks for your PR, unfortunately this repo is no longer maintained as this has been merged in Apache Flex SDK and is now an official part of the SDK. You can send your PR directly to Apache Flex project.
